So I felt like checking the logs for my server the other day and found something that made me rather laugh for a while.
Lets get something straight, for all you little wanna-be “hackers”…
1) I’m not an idiot
2) I manage my servers very well and dont leave messups anywhere.
So your little shitty directory scanner won’t do you any good.
Do you really think I wouldn’t catch this? (Click here to view the log)
Nice try using a China proxy. All I’m going to say to you is…You weren’t as carefull as you thought. You left a nice footprint for me nub.
Well good news for you!
How does a FREE Blackberry Bold 9700 sound? No Contract extensions, nothing. You just handle the shipping and your set! I just received mine yesterday and I have to say I love it. A good friend of mine Dom has done the same thing since I told him about it and his phone is on the way!
Pretty much this is because T-Mobile discontinued the blackberry 8900 device. All you have to do is call T-Mobile and explain to them that you are having problems with the trackball, convenience keys, or whatever (nothing that would be insanely unfixable) and they will tell you that you are able to get the 9700 instead! The only catch here is, is that your phone MUST be still under the 1 year factory warrantee, and you must make sure that you have no water or physical damage to the phone or else they will charge 100.00 to your account for the damaged device. Either way, $100 for a bold with no contract extension is pretty sweet.
Please note that I take no responsibility in any changes made to your account or anything that goes wrong with this transaction, this is just a simple HEADS UP, GET A FREE BOLD that I felt I would share with my visitors.
If you end up doing it and getting your bold, comment on this post and vouch for others to do it!
Today it was announced that Google Voice is no longer Invite only and is now open to everyone to use. I have been using this service for a long time now as I got sent an invite a while back, and I must say, it is definitely worth giving a shot. If you are one of those people that move around with numbers a lot, I would check this out as you can route your number to whatever new phone you get, without having to send your new number out to all your contacts again. I have tried the GV application on both the iPhone and still currently use it on the Blackberry and it is definitely a good thing to use.
Plus, if why would you turn down UNLIMITED FREE DOMESTIC SMS!? Anyway, Give it a shot.

So, I was passing through the UK T-Mobile site just to take a peak at the Storm 2 that they have available for purchase, and stumbled upon the ad in the screenshot below. I also posted the source link DIRECTLY from UK tmo just to back this up. I thought that ATT had an exclusive contract with Apple for this phone until 2012? Or is this just a ad for after that period of time (which I dont see being true…) why would tmo advertise a phone they won’t be getting for more than 2 years…Anyway, I went ahead and signed up to find out more information about this release, you can do the same by clicking the source link I provided below.
What do you think about this? Comments are open! – please NO spam!

If you have not already noticed by obviously visiting Snipy.WS — Our URL Shortening service is no longer available.
This is not due to any technical issues or anything like that. I purchased a Macbook Pro about a month ago and use DropLR (http://droplr.com) for my quick screenshots and what not. So I decided since Droplr provides the service of using your own domain instead of links being generated from them, I might as well use it! So I am using Snipy.ws for all my screenshots and quick links I want created/logged. This is for personal use only, however I am sure if you do use droplr, you can set snipy.ws as your own custom domain as well, and I have no problem with that.
I am setting up a new short-url generating site which will be announced in a little while and will definitely be posted on here.
If you have any questions, or want to help out with the new service, let me know.

FINALLY!
They are announcing that blackberry devices will be supporting Adobe Flash in the 2nd half of 2010.
This is definitely something that I have been expecting, even from the iPhone/iPod touch devices (Too bad apple wants nothing to do with Adobe Flash). But anyway, I am definitely excited about the news and I cannot wait to see how this implements into our devices. Only downside I see with this is that now that blackberry phones will start supporting flash, I am sure other devices will start to support it as well, which hopefully web designers do not start loading their websites up with flash, as this will slow down the page load for mobile visitors. Anyway, I figured I would share the news with you!

Update: Well, that was fast. I figured out the problem that was stated below a few minutes ago. Apparently the short url generator addon I was using to shorten URL’s to my posts was conflicting with the image/video previews. Working on reconfiguring the short url generator so I can have both working at the same time without any problems.
Unfortunately for some reason the addon that I had setup on the site is not working. Upon clicking a picture link/video link on the site, it usually brings up a little window within the site to show you what you clicked. However it stopped working. I am trying to figure out what the problem is, sorry for the ugly image + white bg when viewing my portfolio, I will get this resolved asap.
